How do I get a quote?

How do I pay?

We offer secure payment methods including bank transfer, card payments, and online invoices.

Do I need to pay a deposit?

A 10% deposit secures every booking. It's non-refundable if you cancel, so please check your date before booking.

Can I reschedule or cancel a booking?

Absolutely — we just ask for at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or changes.

What happens if the cleaner can't get into the property?

Cleaners wait up to 15 minutes for access. If the property can't be accessed at the scheduled time, the full fee still applies, so please make sure access is arranged in advance.

Do I need to be home during the cleaning?

Not at all. As long as we have access to the property, you can come back to a beautifully clean home.

Do you bring your own cleaning supplies?

Yes, our cleaners come equipped with all necessary products and tools. Eco-friendly products are available on request.

We're open Monday–Saturday, 08:30–20:30. We're closed on Sundays.

We offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee — report it within 24 hours and we'll come back to put it right, free of charge. We don't offer refunds, but we will re-clean.

Are there any jobs you can't take on?

We're not able to take on jobs involving biohazards, bodily fluids, severe hoarding, active pest infestations, or sewage/mould extremes.
